Professional learning environment with modern educational technology

Yes. If you start with Quarterly and realize you want the career guidance features, you can upgrade to Annual at any time. We'll credit what you've already paid toward the new tier. Going the other direction works too, though we'll apply the credit to your next billing cycle rather than issuing a refund.

Your account stays active, you just lose access to video content and materials. Your completion records and certificates remain permanently in your profile. If you return later and renew, all your previous progress is still there. We've had people come back after two years and pick up exactly where they left off.

We do, starting at five seats. Company packages include admin dashboards to track team progress, custom reporting, and the option to add company-specific content or case studies. Pricing depends on seat count and features needed. Most organizations find significant savings starting around ten users.

No hidden fees. Single Course purchases are one-time payments with lifetime access to that specific course. Quarterly and Annual packages do auto-renew unless you cancel, but we send reminder emails two weeks before renewal. You can turn off auto-renewal anytime from your account settings without losing current access.

Credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor. For Annual packages, we also accept bank transfers if you prefer, though processing takes about three business days. Company accounts can arrange monthly invoicing for teams of five or more.

You have 14 days from purchase to request a full refund on any package, no questions asked. After that window, we don't issue refunds but we'll work with you on credits, extensions, or switching to a different tier if something isn't working out as expected.
