2.3 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

After Content Access: Once you have accessed course materials, attended live sessions, downloaded resources, or viewed recordings.
Completed Programs: Seminars or programs that have already concluded.
Violation of Terms: If your enrollment is terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service or acceptable use policies.
Change of Mind: Simple change of preference or interest after the refund eligibility period has expired.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 to 14 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4.3 Promotional and Discounted Enrollments
Services purchased at promotional rates, through discount codes, or during special offers are subject to the same refund policy. Refunds will be calculated based on the actual amount paid, not the original price.

Instead of a monetary refund, we may offer course credit equivalent to your payment, valid for 12 months from the date of issue. This credit can be applied to any future seminar or educational program.

If you cannot attend your scheduled seminar, we may allow you to transfer your enrollment to another session of the same course or a different program of equivalent value, subject to availability.
